We ship worldwide from Belgium with FedEX

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Belgium & Netherlands: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 3–7 business days

  • United States*: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

* United States orders are shipped DDP (Duties Delivered Paid). No extra customs charges upon arrival.

Tracking
All shipments include a tracking number. Please note: in some cases tracking may only update once the parcel has left the country of origin.

Packaging
Each garment is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Natural fabrics and vintage details are protected with extra care so that your item arrives in perfect condition.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or local taxes.

  • US shipments are DDP (duties paid), so you will not be charged additional fees.

  • For other destinations, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or the expected delivery date). Provide photos of any damage where possible. We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement, refund, or discount).
