This waistcoat is designed to be worn with high-waisted trousers from the 1930s and 1940s. Made from an original 1930s pattern, it is shorter than a modern waistcoat. Crafted from sturdy light grey linen-cotton, with a back panel in cream cotton poplin printed with a blue motif. Traditionally, the bottom button should be left undone.
